Windows build 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809) – Build 17763.1 RTM is available for members of the Windows Insider program with the priority of receiving updates Early Access and Late Access

Windows 10 Insider Preview build 17763 is a new build of Windows 10 (version 1809), which is available to members of the Windows Insider program with priority for receiving Early Access and Late Access updates.
This assembly belongs to the RS5_RELEASE development branch of the next major Windows 10 update, which will be officially named the October 2018 Update and will be delivered to users of stable versions of Windows 10 in October 2018.
New in Windows 10 build 17763 (version 1809)
Build 17763.1 is notable for the lack of a “watermark” in the lower right corner of the desktop. Perhaps it will be the final (RTM) assembly.
According to unofficial information, the update will be available for download on September 25, and the public launch of the October 2018 Update will take place in the first half of October. If everything goes according to plan, Microsoft will sign the final RTM build in the second half of September, and by September 25, participants in the Windows Insider preliminary assessment program will test it.
Microsoft has begun the final stage of development of Redstone 5, so the main forces of developers are thrown on fixing known errors and improving the stability of the future update of Windows 10 (version 1809).
