Creating a bootable ISO image
If you want to perform a clean installation of Windows 10 Insider Preview build 18317, then using the WZT-UUP service, you can download UUP files directly from the official Microsoft servers and automatically create a bootable ISO image using the following instructions:
Download the generated archive, unpack and run the file creatingISO.cmd.
Since this is a command line script, the Windows Defender SmartScreen filter will show a warning before starting – “Windows has protected your computer.” Click “Read More” and execute “Run anyway“. For security, you can always analyze the contents of the script manually before launching it.
Wait for the automatic downloading of UUP packages from official Microsoft servers and the creation of a bootable ISO image.
Use the generated ISO to install the latest version of Windows 10 Insider Preview.
