Microsoft released KB4503288 update package for Windows 10 version 1803 (April 2018 Update) based on x86, x64 (amd64), ARM64 and Windows Server 2016 (1803) processors for x64-based systems.
KB4502563, the cumulative .NET Framework 4.8 update for Windows 10, version 1803 and Windows Server 2016 (1803), is also available for installation.
Installing through Windows Update
Cumulative update 4503288 for PC is installed manually through Windows Update, 4502563 – it is installed automatically.
