Microsoft has released cumulative update KB4517211 (Build 18363.387) for Windows 10 19H2 (version 1909), available to members of the Windows Insider program with the priority of receiving updates Release Preview
Updated: 09/27/2019: A new version of KB4517211 (Build 18363.387) is available as a small update for Build 18363.385 with fixes to remove updates 19H2.
Updated: 09.24.2019: Update KB4517211 (Build 18363.385) is available to participants of the Windows 10 Pre-Assessment Program with the priority of receiving Update Preview updates that have installed “Feature Update to Windows 10, Version 1909”.
Note. Security installation KB4520390 is also available for installation – service stack update (What is the “Servicing stack update”?), Which must be installed before receiving KB4517211.
Installation through Windows Update
Cumulative Update 4517211 for PC is installed automatically through Windows Update. To check, go to the menu Options > Update and Security and press Check for Updates.
To complete the installation, you will need to restart your computer. After the update, the build number of Windows 10 will change to 18363.387.
