Microsoft released cumulative update KB4487029 for Windows 10 version 1803 (April 2018 Update) based on x86, x64 (amd64), ARM64 and Windows Server 2016 (1803) processors for x64-based systems.
Installation via Windows Update
Cumulative update 4487029 for PC is installed manually via Windows Update. To check, go to the Settings menu > Update and Security and click Check for Updates. To complete the installation, you will need to restart the computer. After the upgrade, the Windows 10 build number will change to 17134.619.
