DOWNLOADOn August 14, 2018, Microsoft released the update rollup KB4338814 for Windows 10 (version 1607), Windows 10 LTSB (1607), and Windows Server 2016. After upgrading, the build number of Windows 10 changes to 14393.2430.
On another Patch Tuesday Microsoft released a cumulative update KB4343887 for Windows 10 version 1607 (Anniversary Update) and Windows 10 LTSB (1607) based on x86 and x64 processors, Windows Server 2016 based on x64 processors.
Install via Windows Update
Support for Windows 10 version 1607 on the Semi-Annual Channel was completed on April 10, 2018. Thus, devices running on Windows 10 Pro and Home will no longer receive new security updates (support for devices on the Intel platform “Clovertrail” was extended until January 2023). Microsoft recommends that you upgrade to the new version of the system.
Cumulative update 4343887 for the PC is installed automatically through Windows Update. To verify, go to the Settings > Update and Security menu and click Check for Updates. To complete the installation, you will need to restart the computer. After the upgrade, the build number of Windows 10 will change to 14393.2430.

Note. If you installed previous cumulative updates, it is enough to install a differential update this time, which includes only the latest changes. If you missed previous updates – you need to select the full cumulative update package.
